You can quickly find the answers to many questions using the tools and information we provide in Help Pages and HOW-TOs Pages

If you still can't find an answer email us at helpdesk@eelab.usyd.edu.au or send us your query using our [HOWTO] Problem Tracking System (PTS). You are also invited to browse the Knowledge Database built into the Problem Tracking System.

To use the Problem Tracker, and the knowledge database, you'll need to register once and then login to the tracker.
