Web Teaching Courseware

WebTeaching has been designed and developed as a thesis topic in 1998 and responded to the need of having an automated simple facility to publish course material on our website without a webeditor or html knowledge.
It enables academics to
- create and publish lecture material, including pdf, office files, simple html pages
- publish weblinks and html documents via an easy to use set of editors, directly in the browser.
While new and feature-rich courseware like WebCT, WEBfast (EIE project) is now available to all Academics from our University, the home-grown courseware, named WebTeaching, is still running and used by some of our staff while transition to WebCT or WEBfast takes place.
WebTeaching is a simple/deprecated courseware and we'd wish to decomission it during 2007. I invite the few users to email me to help them migrate to the new WEBfast system which is as simple to use as WebTeaching but richer in features.
